Classification of automobile buckles

2. According to the role of site classification. 1. After the processing is finished, the buckle cap assembly and the swing arm assembly are respectively integrated and divided into two parts by wire cutting, that is, the buckle cap assembly is divided into a left buckle cap and a right buckle cap, and the swing arm assembly is divided into a left-handed arm and a right-handed arm. The matched parts processed in this way are completely matched, and there will be no dislocation or uneven size. When the buckle hole is changed, only the buckle cap needs to be changed, and the swing arm does not need to be changed again;

The left-handed arm and the right-handed arm are respectively located on both sides of the rotating shaft and movably connected with the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is fixed on the clamping seat in an inverted T shape. Due to the different requirements of different specifications of automobile inspection fixture buckles, the design of inspection fixture should be optimized to improve the consumption efficiency and detection accuracy of inspection fixture, improve its use efficiency and detection accuracy, and reduce the development cost.
