1. Body mechanism

Test line, including 0, 3mm scribed line and centerline. Scribe to string the digital and analog. 0, 3mm detection lines are represented by double dotted lines; The 0 line is white and the 3 line is black. The center line is dotted and indicated in black.

After the ontology design is completed, the detection geometry shall be used to detect whether there is a problem with the ontology.

※ the design of the body shall minimize the small R angle and sharp angle of the boundary; Avoid high and thin bodies.

※ in the design of the sorting tool body, the designed body is generally large in volume and heavy in weight. In order to reduce the weight and save materials, it can be hollowed out properly under the condition of ensuring the detection function and retaining the original basic shape of the parts.

2. Support mechanism

Due to the high precision of the inspection tool, the support mechanism is required to have sufficient strength, stiffness and less deformation;

(1) Sub assembly inspection tool support mechanism

The supporting mechanism of sub assembly inspection tool is mainly composed of two parts: bottom plate and two-layer frame.

◎ there are three functional mechanisms on the bottom plate of the inspection tool:

○ 1 handling device, including forklift groove, lifting ring, lifting rod, anti-collision lifting lug and handle. The forklift slot is directly welded on the base plate.

○ 2 detection device, reference sleeve, reference block, reference ball, reference hole and reference plane. The datum hole and datum plane are machined directly on the base plate.

○ 3 support device, base plate datum, base plate

◎ there are three types of inspection tool base plate:

a. Channel steel structure

There are two specifications of channel steel base plate H120 and H200. H200 is stronger than H120. The base plate is selected according to the weight of the base plate and the area of the inspection tool. H200 is selected for heavy weight and large area, and H120 is selected for others. The steel plate thickness t of the bottom plate is generally 10 ~ 20mm. As shown in the figure below, in order to ensure the strength and reduce the deformation of the bottom plate, the bottom plate is required to be overlapped in meter shape. If the bottom plate is long, it can be overlapped in double meter shape. The pull plate (B1) in the middle of the bottom plate shall be designed to be large enough to cover all the welds of the channel steel connected here. There are two kinds of lifting devices for the bottom plate: lifting lug and anti-collision lifting lug. The lifting device shall be determined according to the specific situation of the inspection tool

b. Square steel structure

The square steel base plate has two specifications: H200 and h250. According to the weight of the bottom plate, 50 * 50 * 5 or 60 * 60 * 5 square steel can be selected; The plate thickness can be 8-15mm; The distance between the square steel of the base plate is 300mm-400mm. The center distance of forklift slot is 500mm-700mm.

c. Aluminum plate structure

Aluminum plate base plate is composed of base plate heel and base plate support. 20mm aluminum plate is used for parts with length + width less than 600mm, and 30mm aluminum plate is used for parts greater than 600mm

3. The positioning mechanism includes primary and secondary positioning pins and edge positioning. The primary and secondary positioning pins are the main positioning mechanism. The primary positioning pins limit the degrees of freedom in four directions, and the secondary positioning pins limit the degrees of freedom of rotation.
