The acceptance process of skylight inspection tools needs to consider evaluation index factors in many aspects. Due to different functions, different inspection tools have different structural requirements, technical requirements, accuracy requirements and material requirements. Therefore, the acceptance of inspection tools should be evaluated one by one in combination with the specific problems encountered in their use. The evaluation standard of inspection tool acceptance is a unified general requirement for the whole process of inspection tool design, manufacturing and acceptance according to the inspection tool business production process. The specific measurement standards include the following aspects:

1. Framework and base: cast aluminum (ZL104), aluminum alloy (LY12) or A3 steel plate can be selected. According to the actual production situation of each fixture manufacturer, the welding structure of square tube and steel plate frame is generally adopted, and the welding shall be firm without defects such as false welding and false welding, and aging treatment shall be carried out. The base shall be stress relieved and have sufficient strength and stiffness. Except for the base, all steel parts shall be subject to flange treatment. The base of the skylight inspection tool shall be larger than the assembly, and the excess part shall be used as storage pin and other measuring instruments.

2. Functional parts: including positioning pin, detection pin and clamping device. The three shall comply with the provisions in the technical specifications respectively.

3. Positioning and datum: the positioning shall be stable and reliable, and the positioning mode shall be selected according to the standard requirements; Generally, there shall be two sets of datum, one is hole datum and the other is side datum, which can be based on each other.

4. Datum plane: the lower part of the skeleton is provided with a datum plane in three directions. The datum value is the theoretical coordinate value of the vehicle, which is an integer and marked on the datum plate. The datum plane must be ground. Each datum plane of the bottom seat shall be provided with a Youli rubber protective sleeve.

5. Datum hole: Based on the datum plane. Including the layout, height, hole diameter, edge form of the upper surface of the hole, protective measures (such as the configuration of Youli rubber sheath), etc. the assembly and single parts are usually positioned by two positioning pins, and the large and medium-sized assembly parts are positioned by fixed pins; Small assemblies and single pieces are positioned with fixing pins or pins.

6. Inspection hole: the hole diameter shall be reasonable, the depth shall comply with the regulations, and the size of the inspection pin and the corresponding hole shall also comply with the regulations; Generally, different marking methods are selected according to the size of the hole diameter; The processing method and form of visual inspection hole shall be unified. Position accuracy of reference hole, inspection hole, visual hole and counterbore.

7. Foot: the connection mode with the base plate. Large inspection tools need to be equipped with rollers, and universal should be equipped with brakes.

8. Clamping device: manual quick clamping device shall be adopted, and the contact part with stamping parts shall be made of elastic non-metallic materials.

9. Clamping plate: whether the distance between the clamping plate and the shape surface of the skylight gauge is consistent, whether the clamping gauge corresponds to the base and whether there is a corresponding number.
